About this notice
This notice explains the operation of this website. For information about Heart for Care’s handling of service records, health information or a received email, contact admin@heartforcare.com.au and ask for the applicable privacy policy.
When you send an enquiry
The contact, referral, careers and feedback forms send what you enter to Heart for Care’s secure client and staff system. Only Heart for Care’s office team can read it. We use it to reply to you and to arrange support, consider a job application or respond to feedback.
If you give an email address we send you a confirmation with a reference number. The confirmation does not repeat your message. A CV you attach is kept privately with your application. Feedback can be sent anonymously.
If the form cannot reach us, it prepares an email for you to send from your own email app instead. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
Only share what is needed for an initial conversation. Do not enter NDIS numbers, medical records or identity documents.
Cookies and preferences
This build does not include advertising cookies, third-party analytics, embedded maps or tracking pixels. Fonts and images are served with the website.
Your motion preference is saved in local browser storage. A session-storage setting remembers that the welcome animation has played in the current browser session. These settings do not contain enquiry or referral details.
Hosting and external links
The hosting service may record technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and request time. Hosting settings determine how those logs are handled.
Links to other websites and your chosen email service are governed by their own privacy practices.
